The house sits in a sheltered position in a very quiet valley. It
has been completely renovated over the last two years, and has an 11 X 5 metre tiled swimming pool with a picture of a dolphin.
Adjoining the house is a covered terrace which faces south, where you can eat in the shade. It has a large tile top
table and a Barbecue, as well as room to spare for sun beds if it gets too hot down by the pool.

ACCOMMODATION
Bonnet has three double bedrooms as follows:
The first double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which has a
shower, lavatory and washbasin. The second double bedroom has french windows (well they would
be wouldn't they?) that lead out on to the garden and the swimming pool, and third double bedroom has loads of beams
and character.
The single bedded rooms are as follows:
There is one bedroom which has 3 single beds, another bedroom has 2 single beds, and the
third is a smaller bedroom which has one single bed.
The house normally sleeps 12, but an extra single bed could be added, at a further cost of £100 per
week.

There is a dining room that opens out on to the terrace at one end, and
which steps down at the other end to a fitted kitchen with oak cupboards. The kitchen is well equipped, and has
both a dishwasher and washing machine, and a large fridge/freezer.
The large sitting room has been renovated to keep its charm of beams and stonework, and it has french
windows leading directly out on to the garden and the swimming pool.
The three bathrooms are fully tiled, two with a shower, and one with a bath. They
all have lavatories.
There are three quarters of an acre of grounds and the property is totally
secluded. Unless you have noisy children - which of course you don't have - you will be unlucky not to see the deer
coming out of the woods to graze on the meadow behind the house.
The Market town of Lauzun is 5 kms to the north, where one can buy bread and groceries, and there is
a hypermarket at Miramont 15 minutes away.
We, the owners live just 6 minutes down the road, and are only a phone call away should any problems
arise.
