1. While individuals are encouraged to take part in deliberations, AAAs that are coming are requested to indicate the name of their spokesperson who will speak for and on behalf of the organization.

2. LCD and overhead projectors will be provided for all presentations.

3. The proceedings of convention will be conducted in English and Urdu.

4. Neither the organizing committee nor the AAA will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage, loss or injuries to persons or property during the convention.  It is recommended that delegates and accompanying persons arrange for health insurance.
